Colouring competition in progress at Kids World Expo 2006
The Solid Waste colouring and activity book – “Keep Barbados Clean and Colourful” - was launched March 16th, 2005. The images represent a creative and exciting method of introducing young children to proper solid waste management. The 30 drawings in the colouring book were selected from the over 200 entries submitted by students of the island's secondary schools. The students whose illustrations were selected for the colouring and activity book are as follows:
