Launch of 'Keep Barbados Clean and Colourful'

 Colouring competition in progress at Kids World Expo 2006
The Solid Waste colouring and activity book – “Keep Barbados Clean and Colourful” - was launched March 16th, 2005.
The images represent a creative and exciting method of introducing young children to proper solid waste management.
The 30 drawings in the colouring book were selected from the over 200 entries submitted by students of the island's secondary schools.
The students whose illustrations were selected for the colouring and activity book are as follows:

Christ Church Foundation School - Rodney Massiah
Queens College - Amaris Harper, Kaye Applewhaite and Rachel Crichlow
The Combermere School - Denisha Goodridge
The Barbados Community College - Cherise Ward
The St. Michael's School - Toni Dyall, Stacey Gamble and Tracey Malone
Parkinson Secondary School - Craig Morris and Michael Watson
Grantley Adams Memorial School - Daunte Haynes
Ellerslie Secondary School - Lian Rock
Lester Vaughan Memorial School - Anthony Farrell
The Alleyne School - Richard Mayers and Omar Hinkson
